What is under development in Mountain View?

Newton Square is a new development underway in Mountain View and is being built by DR Horton. Newton Square is located on Rengstorff not far from Old Middlefield Way. Newton Square will be comprised of 24 three story townhomes with 6 floor plans to choose from. These townhomes will range in size from just under 1400 sq ft to almost 2000 sq ft for the largest floorplan. All of the townhomes will be at least 3 bedrooms and several floorplans will be 4 bedrooms.

Newton Square is conveniently located near highways 101, 85, and Central Expressway plus easy access to Mountain View Castro and San Antonio CalTrain Stations. Newton Square is an easy walk for the In-N-Out Burger fan, no getting stuck at the drive in window if you live here. Newton Square is also just a short journey to Castro Street where you will find lovely shops and wonderful restaurants. Mountain View is being sought out for the blend of urban convenience and suburban lifestyle it provides. There are several interesting shops including cool bookstores, a bicycle shop and a captivating jewelry and bead store. Castro Street also has a full service grocery store called Ava’s that makes some of the best sandwiches around in their deli. Ava’s also just added a poke bar!

San Antonio Carmel Village is creating another dining destination spot and the sheer number of grocery shopping options cannot be beat. Go to Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Safeway, Dittmers and don’t forget to see what Target has for sale.

What Schools will the Kids Attend?
